Josie loses her first teeth (2 in 1 day)!!!

Josie lost her first 2 teeth on the same day. They were her 2 front bottom teeth. She was so excited for the tooth fairy to come. She also got a cute perm that made her hair really curly. She looks so beautiful with her pretty curls. Kate gets so much attention for having curly hair that I think Josie really likes to have curly hair, as well.

Brenden got to open lots of fun presents. Since he was sick on his birthday, we had a family birthday party on the next day. He takes opening presents and reading birthday cards very seriously, as you can see from this picture.

Kate and Josie were excited for it to be Brenden's birthday. And of course, our puppy, Belle, had to be in the middle of the action.

Brenden's 8th Birthday!!!

Brenden turned 8 years old on January 10th. My how time flies. It seems just yesterday that we were bringing him home from the hospital. He actually had the stomach flu on his birthday. He was so bummed that he was sick on his birthday and that he couldn't go to school. We had bought treats for his class, so he wanted me to take them to school anyway, even though he couldn't go. He is such a sweet boy and we are so glad that he in part of our family. He will be getting baptized in a few weeks. We are so proud of him that he has made that decision to be baptized. Now that he is 8 he can join the cub scouts in our ward. He has been very excited about that so that will be lots of fun for him. He is working on his Bobcat badge.

The Anderson Family

This is the Steve and Annalyse Anderson family. I am a little slow to catch the wave for blogging, but I guess I am better late than never. This picture was taken in DisneyWorld in Florida. Our family went on vacation there last October. It was so fun.

We have 4 children. Taylor is 11 and in 5th grade. He loves all sports. He plays on 2 different basketball teams and an accelerated baseball team. He is really athletic and loves to play. Brenden is 8 years old and is in 2nd grade. He likes to play sports, as well, like soccer, basketball and baseball. He is a really good student and does really great at school. Josie will be 6 in February and she loves kindergarten. She is so excited to learn new things and make new friends. She is a social butterfly and loves being with her friends. She also loves to dance. Kate is 2 and so fun to have around. She is Josie's mini-me and follows her every move. She also likes to play with her friends and cousins. Steve and I are the busy parents trying to keep up with everything the kids are doing. It is a very busy life that we have, but it is tons of fun.
