Josie and Kate had the most fun at Lagoon. They loved going on all of the rides. They really enjoyed having Grandpa and Grandma with us.
Kate and Josie couldn't resist giving their dad a great big kiss at the same time. Kate has been singing "I'm so glad when daddy comes home" since Father's Day, so, of course, it has to end with a great big kiss!! What a lucky daddy!!
Taylor and Josie had a ball playing in the water fountain. They got soaking wet, but had a blast doing it. It was really hot and I'm sure it felt good to get wet. Brenden wasn't interested in playing in the water and Kate was taking a nap. I'm sure if she had been awake, she would have been right in the middle of it.
I think that Josie was soaked from head to toe. She got wet enough for all of us.

I love these pictures. Where is it? Would love to go there next time we are in Utah. Is that possible? Looks like so much fun. It is way too cold here for the pool. It was much better today though! Hopefully we will get some Utah heat soon.

Hi there! Saw your link on Sandra's blog and after getting the nice message you left me I thought I'd come comment on your blog. Thank you for taking the time to call me & let me know you were thinking about us. We are doing quite well, the boys are adjusting & adapting to life without Eric. I'm sure there will be good days & bad days ahead, it affects the 9 yr old more than my 4 yr old which was to be expected. You know as I was listening to your sweet message it brought back a memory I had of when your dad passed away & how much I thought about you. But I never called or sent a card - something to show you I was thinking about you & your mom & sisters. I'm sorry for that. I had totally thought of you during that time but never knew what to say to someone when they had a loved one pass away, I just felt awkward about death. Now that I've had a tragedy in my own life I've realized how much those simple gestures of a phone call just to say "I'm thinking about you" mean to a person. I shouldn't have procrastinated and called you instead. I have learned a hard lesson in compassion since Eric's passing, that's for sure. Sorry I haven't called you back yet - this week has been so busy, by the end of the day it's too late to call & next week we are gonig to St George. Things should slow down after that. You have the CUTEST family & you still look great! It's fun to see updates like this on people I was friends with years ago (remember playing softball together - on the Mustangs team??) & just see each other's families This "blog" stuff is FUN. Glad you are doing well and thanks again for the call! It was so appreciated!! I better quit writing this novel. Talk to you later!Rebecca F
