Brenden's 11th Birthday

I'm a little slow at blogging lately, but Brenden turned 11 years old in January. I can hardly believe that my little boy is 11. He is such a great kid with a fun personality. He is a wonderful son and brother. For his birthday, he wanted to go to Olive Garden. Here he is with his dad and Kate. They loved Olive Garden and can't wait to go back!! Grandma Linda came with us and made it a special birthday dinner for Brenden.
We celebrated with the Anderson's and he had his favorite chocolate cake. All he wanted for his birthday was money this year. I hate it when they get too old for fun birthday presents. With his birthday just after Christmas, he couldn't even think of what he wanted. He still hasn't spent most of his birthday money.

11 years? Oh my. I just had a major flashback of getting ready to take my escrow test because we knew you'd be going on maternity leave soon and I had to be ready to fill in while you were gone!

Oh, I still remember that crazy time, I can't believe it was 11 years ago.

What a cute kid he is.
