March Madness 2011

In March, we went to St. George for the March Madness baseball tournament. We were hoping for great and warm weather, but we were sadly disappointed. The weather was cold and windy and it wasn't all that we had hoped for. We still had a great time though. Taylor's team played really well and took 3rd place in the tournament. They made it to the last day and actually beat the #1 seed. It was really exciting and a fun tournament. The ballpark we played at most of the time had a great big hill. The little kids played and played on the hill. It was cold, but at least they had a hill to play on. They were troopers because it was hard to be out in the cold and wind so much. They always seems to have fun when they all get together. We have a great team with awesome families that we have gotten to know really well. All of the kids really enjoy getting together and we LOVE to watch baseball.

We are excited for a fun baseball season. We are going to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks for a tournament and in June we are going to Omaha for the College World Series. It is going to be a great year for the Spanish Fork Blaze!
